Main Feature
CM458 internal combustion (CM458D Electric) crawler mounted
versatile anchor rig adopts diesel engine and hydraulic oil pump assemblies to provide power, allowing rigs
to finish moving, rotating, propelling and lifting, as well as angle positioning. During drilling,only the
percussive hammer consumes compressed air.
CM458 is applicable to all kinds of anchor supporting operation. In
addition, the rig is also applicable to the grouting hole drilling for cofferdam, dam, and base reinforcement.
Newly designed hydraulic clamp is a very useful device making operation easier.
Drive Device
Drive hydraulic oil pump of Yuchai 70kw diesel motor is equipped to
the drill to offer powerful drive during the
operation of the drill.Meanwhile, the suction system of diesel
motor is set with safe and reliable air filter device
to make sure that diesel motor will induce clean air.
Control Console
Control console of the drill is set at the back of the drill to
provide convenience for timely observation and to realize various controls conducted by the operator. Control system
of the drill is collocated with fast propulsion and lifting control function to reduce the auxiliary time and
improve work efficiency.
Turn-around Machine
Turn-around machine adopts double hydraulic motor drives with
simple and reliable structure and its turn-around torque is large ( 5400 N·m).
Chassis
High-power hydraulic motor has great moving drive and high
gradeability to drive the air compressor. It is operated flexibly and is convenient for construction. The crawler floats
within the range of 150 , which is suitable for the construction in cragged field. The crawler which is used for
project and machinery is firm and durable.
Wet Dust Collection Device
Wet dust collection device can be equipped to this drill to realize
a good dusting effect and satisfy the environment rotection standard.
Propulsion Mechanism
Hydraulic oil cylinder-chain mechanism is adopted to realize the
propulsion and lifting of drilling tool. The propulsion
drive can be adjusted according to the need of the drilling. The
promotion drive is 8500 kgf.
